The champions

This February it’ll be 20 years since the phenomenal success of the Czech Republic’s golden ice hockey team at the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano. To mark the occasion, the must fun wax museum, Grévin Praha, has prepared an interactive exhibition entitled The Golden Times of the Czech Hockey.

The exhibition, which lasts from 18 January until 31 May 2018, allows you to not only enjoy yourself, but also take a look at our history in ice hockey.

Amongst other things you’ll be able to browse a unique collection of photographs of national teams from 1911 onwards, supplemented by some authentic artefacts.

Can you score a goal against Dominik Hašek? Will you win the face-off with Jaromír Jágr?

And did you know in the past, sometimes they played with a frozen frog if there wasn’t a puck?

Come and have a look and see for yourself! While you’re having a break you can have a go at table ice hockey.
